On this website, by default you will receive notification emails if someone replies to your post. To turn these off,
go to Profile -> Preferences -> Always Notify me of Replies -> No -> Save

The weekly Blog Recap will also be sent via email, as well as important announcements. If you do not wish to receive these, go to Profile -> Prefeences -> Allow Newsletters -> No -> Save
