Am I the only one that thinks DLC for games like this is...cheap? I'd prefer such things to already be included in a game like this, but that's just me pissing in the wind.

This is good news. Superbot was contracted to make the game and they did, as long as Sony Santa Monica keeps up this game with patches and dlc, I'll be happy.
And Dar, this DLC wasn't on the disc for once. They had ready, but they were not ready for release day therefore they continued to make them after,

Very few game companies go to that route. Most actually include DLC in patches and then require an activation key to use said content.

I believe DLC is a good way to keep people playing games by adding stuff later and constantly. One game like this is minecraft, though you dont have to pay for the updates.
